Meet The Te Ranga Student Council

Head Boy
Caleb Pugh
Caleb has been a part of Te Ranga since he was a new entrant student, with three brothers going before him (also members of the student council).
Caleb is a a confident student who enjoys the outdoors.
Caleb will lead the Student Council for 2023 .

Head Girl
Kyra Purcell
Kyra is a highly organised and friendly student who is always willing to lend a hand. She enjoys horses and socialising with her friends.
Kyra will lead the Student Council for 2023.

Deputy Head Boy
Hugo Lee
Hugo is a true Te Ranga outdoorsman who has loads of initiative.
He will support Caleb and Kyra to lead the Student Council for 2023.

Deputy Head Girl
Ava Jacobs
Ava is a model student who lives out the Te Ranga H.E.A.R.T values in all that she does, displaying excellence everywhere she goes.
She will support Caleb and Kyra to lead the Student Council for 2023.

Head House Captain
Legacy Paora
Legacy has experience with public speaking and enjoys bringing people together to have fun.
Legacy will oversee house competitions and keep track of all house points for 2023.

Peer Mediator
Georgia Hungerford
Georgia is a bubbly human who oozes kindness and care. She is always looking out for those in need.
You will see Georgia around the school wearing a bright pink hi-vis and a fluro waist-bag. She is there to support you with friendship trouble, help to find a duty teacher and can even give you a plaster for your boo-boos.

Ecology Leader
Lauren Hutchinson
Lauren is creative and clever pupil ready to make our school a better, more environmentally-friendly place.
If you have any ideas to make our school cleaner and greener, come and see Lauren!

Fundraising Captain
Logan Roberts
Logan has a history of smashing fundraising competitions, even once putting his beautiful mullet on the line to raise money.
He uses his initiative and has some clever ideas to raise money for our school.

Technology Leader
Luka Hungerford
Luka is a true techno whizz. He has experience with a range of digital devices and can solve lots of problems. Luka will lead the tech team during assemblies and school events. He is also keen to offer workshops for younger students to teach them about using technology in the classroom.

Sports Leader
Joshua Harding
Joshua is a fast and fit athlete who cares about others. He is here to help promote sport around the school, run lunchtime games and work with Mr Barrett to keep our P.E shed up and running.

Cultural Captain
Kiahn Grace
Kiahn is a clever and confident student with natural leadership abilities.
Kiahn will help to lead all cultural events in 2023 including, kapa haka, stage productions, cultural celebrations etc.
